1. Digital Delivery

All services delivered digitally. Google Docs by default, with PDF export. No physical delivery.

3. Timeline Start

Timelines begin from receipt of a completed brief. Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national and Veneto regional public holidays.

4. After Payment

Within one business day: brief template sent; scope confirmation. Writing begins after brief is returned.

5. Rush Delivery

Rush 72h priority delivery available as an add-on. Confirmed at order stage. Available for projects up to 3,000 words. Non-refundable once writing has begun.

6. Late Delivery

If delivery is delayed beyond the confirmed date due to causes within our control, a 10% fee reduction applies for delays exceeding 2 business days.
