ForYou Copywriting provides: Website Copywriting; Sales Pages & Landing Pages; Email Marketing Copy; Brand Voice & Messaging; Content Writing & Strategy; Product & E-commerce Copy. All services delivered digitally.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Stripe. A detailed brief is sent to the client within one business day. Work begins after the brief is returned.
All prices in euros (€), excluding Italian IVA (22%). Payment processed by Stripe.
Client must provide a complete brief, respond to clarification questions promptly, and provide any source materials referenced in the brief. ForYou Copywriting not liable for copy written from incomplete or misleading briefs.
One revision round included per project. Submitted within 14 days of delivery. Style revisions beyond the brief or scope additions quoted separately.
All intellectual property in delivered copy transfers to the client on receipt of full payment. ForYou Copywriting retains the right to reference the project as part of a portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
All project briefs and documents treated as confidential. Not shared with third parties. Deleted within 30 days of project delivery.
Liability limited to the project fee paid. Not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Italian law. Jurisdiction: courts of Treviso, Italy.
Consumer clients have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By proceeding to checkout, you confirm digital services begin on your express consent and waive withdrawal for commenced work.
